PRACTICAL GUIDE · 4 MIN READ

Your tracker has stopped reporting. Start here.

An old point is useful only when you know its age. Work through power, contact and position in order.

Read the two clocks

Last contact means the service heard from the tracker. Last position means the tracker obtained a GNSS fix. A recent connection with an old fix is different from no connection at all.

Look for a wider incident

Check the service-status page before changing device settings. A mobile-network incident might affect several devices. Repeated configuration changes make diagnosis harder.

Check safe local causes

Confirm the boat’s supply and normal isolator arrangement. Consider whether the boat moved under cover or into poor reception. Follow only the checks published for the exact device model.

Keep the evidence together

Record the last report time, any recent changes and which checks you completed. The signed-in diagnosis route brings this context into one case. Do not post SIM details, claim credentials or private locations to social groups.
