This screenshot comes from the built BoatTracker owner design. Willow, the waterway and every report are fictional. No tracker is connected and no alert has been delivered.
The recorded fix time and received time answer different questions. An old point shows where a tracker reported earlier, not where the boat is now. No fresh position should be invented when reports stop.
